2024 . 11 . 29 It is desired that you plan your time and arrive in Sharjah Hotel between 12 and 14 o'clock so you have time to rest a bit and The first dinner will be at 18:00. After the dinner there will be a meeting with the groups leader after the rest walk to the stage for group party hosted by the Organizing committee.

2024 . 12 . 01 On the third day, after breakfast, all of ensembles have an hour - hour and a half on their disposal for changing into costumes and at 10:00 all ensembles, dressed in their costumes to events center performance will be conducted

After the performance return trip to the hotel, dinner - socializing - fun with other ensembles

2024 . 12 . 02 On the fourth day, after breakfast, all of ensembles will have free time until 14 o'clock. In the meantime, two representatives from each of ensembles in their costumes and with the flag of their country and the board with the name of the group will go for the reception at 11:00 with the organizing committee, of press and TV crews at the reception. It would be desired on that occasion to gift a souvenir related to your ensemble and country. It is not mandatory but if you have, it

would be nice to gift that souvenir - little gift to the mayor, the same as it will be done by all of the ensembles which participate on the festival.

After reception, all of the ensembles are returning to their hotel after which come preparations of all ensembles for the defile which will be held in the events center

The Defile will start at 15 o'clock and in duration of around one hour. After defile we go to the main stage where at 16 o'clock the main program will start. The performance of all of the ensembles is followed by award ceremony and acknowledgments, after which is return to the hotel - dinner - socializing - fun - rest.

2024 . 12 . 03 On the fifth day, after breakfast, all the groups leave for their homes to their respective countries.

Ensembles which don't have live music are required to bring their own loudspeaker System so they can during the performance in Sharjah, and on defile play their own music for the performance.

This Festival have a Competition for interested groups who wish to show their profession performers  and   no competitive groups who wish  to present their heritage only, no age limit. In this festival, every one  can participate collectives of different genres: academic and folk choirs, vocal groups, soloists, choreographic collectives, soloists of folk and modern dance, orchestras and string, wind and folk ensembles, folk groups and others. The Festival is an important meeting occasion for the appreciation and the socio-cultural and tourist promotion of the area, an occasion to examine closely new cultures in order to better understand our differences, and create friendships and international collaborations.

The Festival serves as a platform for promotion and popularization of contemporary art processes. Our basic tasks are to promote and integrate local contemporary art processes in the international art scene, to collect, update and disseminate information about contemporary art, as well as to develop an open-minded critically thinking environment, thus stimulating interchange between art and society. Each Group Leader's have to make an open introduction of their dance and presentation Follow by national Athens, for 2-5 mins as each group Ensemble are expected to perform for at-least 10-30 mins in the stage. The Participants group's will have the opportunities to know their host town Historical places by visiting Tour centers. Participant's will enjoy their present in the host Country with great Hospitality of the people.

The Festival also aims to provide networking and collaboration opportunities for participating entities along with a vibrant platform to showcase their work and activities to the community. Moreover, they will be able to connect and strengthen their relationships with the public in a fun-filled environment. In creating a unique opportunity for participating entities to strengthen cohesion and showcase their cultural offerings to the public, the festival is bolstering Sharjah’s efforts to continue developing its appeal as a top destination in the region for business, tourism, leisure and family-friendly activities.

Terms of applications submission for the participation in the festival 1. For participation in the festival, A completed application form has to be Fill and submitted on time .

2. Conditions of Participation

WE EXPECT ALL GROUP’S TO TAKE PART FROM THE OPENING TO THE CLOSING CEREMONY.

GROUPS ARE ADVICE TO COME WITH THEIR NATIONAL FLAG

2.1. This festival is organized in two ways, presentation of cultural heritage and competition to professional groups and no professional who has the dance Talent to show the world during this historical events in their Color full Performance and all Type of performance and dance groups are welcomes to join .

2.2 The participants of the festival are folklore, Cultural, performing, Modern Dance, Acrobatic, Drummer’s traditional, performing Art, Folk Music groups etc., which present authentic, adapted or stylized folklore of different countries are also welcome.

2.3 Each group to prepares program for the concert with the following duration of each

Performance:

- 1 х 30 minutes - for the festival concerts on the open stage

- 1 х 2-5 minutes – performance for the official opening ceremony

- 1 х 2-5 minutes – performance for the official closing ceremony

- 3-5 minutes – for publicity performance during marching parades

- 1 х 10-12 minutes - for gala-concerts

2.4 There is no maximum number of participants in a group(including group leader, drivers,

attendant personnel etc.).

2.5 During the festival groups are considered to be at the festival organizers disposal and take Part in all festival arrangements.

2.5 In case of necessity foreign groups must obtain visa for entering into Host country, they have to Submit Application earlier for Invitation process. And get more information from organization for Visas process and advice to apply earlier for Visas application due to different country duration period for visas process from Consular office.

2.6 Foreign groups must have medical insurance policies for every of their member before entry to HOST COUNTRY..

IMPORTANTS INFORMATIONS

2.7 During the festival you can make sales of your craft and traditional products, cultural exhibitions and kindly ask for exhibition registration from organizers and list your items and very important to send such intended products photos to organization for local Authority for Approval.

2.8 OUR ORGANIZING COMMITTEE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE VENUE OF THE FESTIVAL.

2.9 . Its also important for group to send organization Video clip if available at lease 1 mins for presentation and Pictures of their group for publication and advertisement

World will be in one Communication in a language of fantasy and art, representatives of different world nations meeting and exchanging cultural Heritage , Folk of nations and Art works nations and Exhibition of Culture, which reflect each nations traditions.

It helps us to find new ways of communication by means of collaboration and the art language that unite us all.

We all know that the art language kills all barriers like cultural, social, economical and others, leaving the communication level free and easy. This festival is held by the Dubai festival committee jointly with the town hall in Dubai and starts with a big parade and friendship in the Arena of freedom.
