The friendly atmosphere of the competition attracts many gifted participants from all over the world. They not only show their skills, but also motivate other participants with their creative energy.
The International Budgetary Festival – Competition The Place of Holiday is an excellent opportunity to prolong sunny days and carry with you a piece of Summer. Exciting memories of this prestigious event will definitely warm your soul in Summer evenings.
1st. Day - All invited group arriving to Dubai Hotel with a warm welcome evening group party And sharing of Festival programs
2nd Day - After Breakfast Meeting with group leaders for excursion programs
3rd Day - Breakfast 8-10am 14:00 pm departing to Events center, rehearsal and Technical sound test e.t.c and events start from 17:00 pm with opening ceremony of the events Special guest of Honor as performance begins with each dance group 1 mins introduction, performance of 20-30mins in each presentation diploma certificate will be given and exchange of gift as performance continues.
4th Day - After Breakfast, Shopping And return for Evening LIVE PERFORMANCE - Sharjah
5th Day departure of dance group from Hotel after breakfast to various countries of origin.
Our engagement will be on creativity, learning and professional development programs that will be running , reaching the widest possible audiences and will be contributing to the cultural and social life of the world at present.

WORLD DANCE COMPETITION AND FOLK DANCE FESTIVAL.
2026 December 6-10 Berlin -Germany.

Aims of this event is to bring all forms of dance and folk, traditional, cultural performance, solo dance drummers,/Folk dance, Folk music, Acrobatic etc. together to celebrate and present their historical heritage. During this event through dance, the Group can be able to know more about one and another culture, German culture with exchange of cross cultural heritage. The German Group will be presenting German culture, the Group will visit different places , excursions, Sightseeing, spa baths for interested groups, Tourism in Berlin and Hamburg.

Programs
1st - day Arriving to Hotel choose by group leader
2nd - day Tourism programs with sightseeing , Berlin Wall Memorial, Berlin Zoological Garden, Charlottenburg Palace, Topography of Terror etc.
3rd - day 14:00 pm departing to Events center, rehearsal and Technical sound test etc. and events start from 17:00 pm with opening ceremony of the City Major as performance begins with each dance group, diploma certificate will be given and exchange of gift as performance continues.
4th - day All day events, possible street parade, open dance festival , exchange of gift etc. And do it yourself party.
5th - day Departure of dance group after breakfast .
For excursion and Thermal Bath programs kindly let us know how many people in your group in other to send details And for groups who also wish to arrive earlier and stay more days have to inform
This Festival embraces all forms of folk dance and folk music, traditional dance and Drummer of all nations and culture.
Group will be Lodge in 3 star hotel 255 euro per/person during the festival.
AFTER SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION GROUP HAVE TO MAKE HOTEL DEPOSIT OF 40% and after confirmations payment official invitation letter for visas and hotel confirmations with letter of support from organizing committee.

Festival is open to all type of performance, Children and Adult dance groups can take part with their professional performance including Ballet, modern dance , folk dance, folk Music, drummer ,Traditional dance, Solo dance and group, instrumental music, chorus, solo performance, Acrobats dance etc. are free to take parts , group can perform live or CD play back.
International Budgetary Festival – Competition in Canada THE PLACE OF HOLIDAY is held during the August holidays And to provide an opportunity for boys and girls (students) to realize their dreams, to show others what they can do. Therefore, this festival organized by us, is a great creative laboratory for children and adolescents.
The festival participants are staying in the legendary Waterloo region! This is a cultural event, representing the achievements of creative groups. The main purpose of the festival is to showcase the art to the world.
Events full of sightseeing tours and recreational activities. All participants will receive a diploma from UNESCO plus samples and gifts. At the gala concert all compete for a new award – The Audience Award.
All of our programs consist of two parts:
1. Participation in the competition and festival
2. Participation in the Festival without competing in the competition*.
For those who don’t want to participate in the competitive program, but wish to participate in the festival. They will still participate in the other festival activities including: joint rehearsals, workshops and master classes, where they receive advice and an official certificate from the renowned international experts during a brief discussion in an open and friendly atmosphere. Non competing participants will also perform at international friendship concerts combining different kinds of art.
Communication with other participants, an open exchange of experience as well as a lot of master classes with internationally recognized experts, will certainly bring you to a whole new level of creativity!
Nominations
GROUP (А) – choreographic groups and soloists:
· I category: classic ballet;
· II category: folk dance, folk stylized dance, ethnic dance;
· III category: ballroom dance;
· IV category: sport dance (hip hop, disco, techno, street, electric boogie, break dance, pop locking and other street styles);
· V category: modern dance (jazz modern, neoclassic etc.);
· VI category: variety dance;
· VII category: social dance (Argentine Tango, balboa, bachata, boogie, waltz, West Coast swing, zouk, Irish set dancing, country music, kizomba, lindy hop, machine, merengue, reggaetón, Rueda, salsa, samba de gafieira, Semba, forró, hustle, and others).
GROUP (B) – instrumental groups and soloists:
· I category: percussion instruments’ ensembles;
· II category: guitarists’ ensembles;
· III category: jazz style ensembles;
· IV category: chamber orchestras;
· V category: symphony orchestras;
· VI category: accordion and button accordion players’ orchestras;
· VII category: folk orchestra ensembles;
· VIII category: soloists and piano ensembles (programs for a one piano).
GROUP (С) – singing (choirs, musicals, ensembles, duets, trios, soloists):
· I category: academic singing;
· II category: jazz singing;
· III category: rock and rap;
· IV category: folk singing;
· V category: pop singing;
· VI category: musicals.
GROUP (D) – artists and authors of the decorative and applied arts’ products, fashion theaters:
· I category: fashion theaters;
· II category: students of art schools and child art schools;
· III category: students of art colleges, academies and institutes;
· IV category: young professional artists;
· V category: photo and video works (photo workshops, photo exhibitions, studios, authors).
GROUP (E) – Original genre*:
· I category: circus, clownery, acrobatics, original gymnastics, juggling;
· II category: illusion;
· III category: pantomime, variety miniature, theatre miniature;
· IV category: art of speaking word, readers.
*Air, fire and animal acts are prohibited.
Age groups of the participants
· I) younger than 9 years old
· II ) 10-12 years
· III) 13-15 years
· IV) 16-19 years
· V) 20-25 years
· VI) from 26 years -70 years
· Mixed
The group age is based on the majority of the participants.
Technical requirements
· Each group should present 1 or 2 competitive compositions of 2-5 minutes each. Each soloist should present 1 performance up to 4 minutes.
· All the compositions should be recorded on a CD. And also it’s obligatory to have a backup copy of tracks on a USB flash drive.
· In the application it’s necessary to specify if the layout of performances is needed or if the work will be executed by one set.
· It’s obligatory to indicate soloists, duets and small groups of 3-5 persons.
· During the competitive performances as to the groups, so to the soloists it’s prohibited to use lip-synching sound records.
Jury
The jury of the contest is formed of the most important choreographers and cultural workers And invited from different countries and other qualified can still apply who are interested . International jury is formed by the contest’s providers. Participation in the gala concert isn’t guaranteed for everyone and is confirmed due to the results of the previous shows according to the consolidated legislative decision of the contest providers and the judges.
The jury has the right
· not to award all the prizes;
· to share prize among performers;
· to award special prizes to teachers for outstanding achievements;
· to make a decision about breaking a performance which exceeds the bounds of the regulations;
· the jury evaluates the participants on one hundred-point system, the final result is made up of the average quantity of the received scores and the average value of the progress scores;
· the jury’s decisions are final and are not subject to review.
Evaluation criteria
GROUP (А) – choreographic groups and soloists
– mastery – technique of movements’ execution;
– compositional creation of the performance;
– suitability for the theatre (flexibility, costume, properties, performing standards);
– choice and correspondence of the musical and choreographic materials;
– artistic skills, disclosure of an artistic image.
GROUP (B) – instrumental groups and soloists
– degree of the complexity of the repertoire;
– degree of virtuosity and technical capability;
– scenic culture, artistic skill, posture.
GROUP (С) – singing (choirs, ensembles, duets, trios, soloists)
– purity of the intonation and quality of sound;
– beauty of the timbre and the voice strength;
– scenic culture, artistic skill
– Mastery – technique of movements’ execution
GROUP (D) – artists and authors of the decorative and applied arts’ products, fashion theaters
– author’s creative personality and mastery;
– composition methods skill
– skills in the technique the work is done;
– uniqueness of the idea and execution;
– colour solution.
GROUP (E) – Original genre
– level of preparation and mastery;
– suitability for the theatre (flexibility, costume, properties, performing standards);
– artistic mounting of the program.
Prizes
The jury evaluates the participants on 100-point scale.
Regarding the genres of performing and nominations the awards are distributed due to seven age groups
· participants who received up to 70 points become prize winners (copper diploma);
· participants who received from 70 to 79 points – prize winners of the third degree (bronze diploma);
· participants who received from 80 to 89 points become prize winners of the second degree (silver diploma);
· participants who received from 90 to 99 points become prize winners of the first degree (gold diploma);
· participants who received 100 points become winners of the grand prize of the contest “The Place of Holiday” (platinum diploma).
* Ensembles, soloists, duets and small groups – winners of the first prizes and the Grand prize are given personalized trophy cups . Each group participant is given a nominal diploma from the founders and providers of the contest. Each group gets from the Organizing authorities an additional diploma in the form of engraving on a special base. Each team head and sponsor will be given thank-you letters on the letterhead of the Canadian Authorities.

1st day Thursday:
– check in to a hotel; (from 14:00)
– meeting with the organizers of the contest;
– presentation of the excursion programs;
20:00 – dinner.
2nd day Friday:
8:00 – breakfast, free day;
09:00 – excursions (optionally for an additional charge);
13:00 – lunch;
18:00 – workshop for teachers; ·
20:00 – dinner;
3rd day Saturday:
8:00 – breakfast;
11:00 – full dress rehearsal on the main stage;
13:00 – lunch;
17:00 – beginning of the festival;
19:30 – beginning of the award ceremony and giving out of the awards;
21:00 – dinner.
4th day Sunday:
8:00 – Breakfast;
09:00 – Shopping/Tourism
17:00 – Beginning of the gala concert and full performance of all Artist in Contest and Festival Dance , Giving out Diploma certificate of Participation , Gift exchange with Major, Organizing committee , group exchange of gift etc. as performance goes on.
20:00 – DINNER.
5th day Monday
8:00 – breakfast;
– check out from the hotel at 10:00.
* ATTENTION! Organizers have opportunity to modify the program.
* If you miss the lunch due to excursions or performances you have to ask for dry rations at the reception of your hotel the day before.

What is included into the price
· 5 days and 4nights in a three-star hotel;

· Thank-you letters for choreographers and sponsors on the official numbered letterheads of the Authority.
· For team leader from 25 people we provide accommodation in a double room for the cost of living in a triple room;
Attention: Free transfer from airports and train stations to the hotel and back.

Waterloo is a historic city and a historic walking tour is a great way to delve into this. There are two neighbourhoods that are great this; the Mary-Allen neighbourhood and Uptown Waterloo.
The Mary-Allen neighbourhood is a 2.5 kilometre historic walking tour that begins at Waterloo Square. Sites seen include the 19th century Heritage Park, the Gothic style 28 George Street, St. Louis Church and the Victorian double-house at 222 and 224 King Street South.
The 1.8 kilometre historic walking tour around Uptown Waterloo starts at the Waterloo Public Library. A few sites you will see on this walk include the Tudor style 47 Albert Street, the American federal style 71 Albert Street, the Georgian style 109 Albert Street and the Arts and Craft style 73 Dorset Street.
