For 10 day in London, fest is an unparalleled celebration of the performing arts which continues to be an annual meeting point for people of all nations. Every year all nations will come together in an unforgettable umbrella, the International Festival presents a program featuring finest performers and ensembles from the worlds of dance, opera, music and theater, an opportunity for Exhibition during the festival period.

1ST DAY :
– CHECK IN TO A HOTEL; (FROM 14:00)
– MEETING WITH THE ORGANISERS OF THE CONTEST;
– PRESENTATION OF THE EXCURSION PROGRAMS FOR INTERESTED GROUPS;
– LUNCH;
20:00 – DINNER; AND POSSIBLE WELCOME PARTY
2ND DAY :
8:00 – BREAKFAST;
13:00 – LUNCH;
14:00 – REHEARSAL;
17:00 – BEGINNING OF THE EVENTS/COMPETITION; MEETING WITH SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOR, DIPLOMATIC MEMBERS FROM EMBASSIES E.T.C
21:00 – DINNER.
3RD DAY :
8:00 – BREAKFAST, FREE DAY;
09:00 – EXCURSIONS
17:00 – BEGINNING OF THE GALA CONCERT FOR INVITED ARTIST AND FULL PERFORMANCE OF THE WINNERS AND GIVING OUT OF THE AWARDS.EXCHANGE OF GIFT, MEETING WITH SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOR, DIPLOMATIC MEMBERS FROM EMBASSIES E.T.C
20:00 – DINNER.
4TH DAY
8:00 – BREAKFAST; In the Cultural center in London, give your group the opportunities to meet with world and National dance groups and make great friendships during these events in various performances.
*GROUPS WHO WISH TO EXHIBIT ITEMS SHOULD INFORM THE ORGANIZER BY SENDING PHOTOS OF INTENT PRODUCTS OR C-D.
* ATTENTION! ORGANIZERS HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO MODIFY THE PROGRAM AND CHANGE VENUE FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE
* ATTENTION! WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRANSFER FROM AIRPORTS AND TRAIN STATIONS TO THE HOTEL AND BACK.
*IF YOU MISS THE LUNCH DUE TO EXCURSIONS OR PERFORMANCES YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR DRY RATIONS AT THE RECEPTION OF YOUR HOTEL THE DAY BEF
5th day Excursion for interested dance groups after breakfast.
We would be see all of London's top sights and attractions with a hop-on hop-off bus tour. With almost all six different routes, we would be off Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge and includes a Thames boat ride, a free walking tour and audio guide.City Tourism programs ,sightseeing etc.
6th day after a breakfast meeting with the group leader for preparation for evening programs. 11:00 leaving to events Centre, rehearsals in the events congress, and Festival start from 14:00 to 20:00pm
7th day After breakfast meeting with group leader and short visit to England for performance and return back evening
8th day after a breakfast meeting with the group leader for preparation for evening programs. 11:00 leaving to events Centre, rehearsals in the events congress, and Festival start from 14:00 to 20:00pm
9th day Final day for concert , all day festival , After breakfast meeting with the group leaders for evening performance arrangement and technical needs.
16:00 events start, introduction of Cultural representatives, invited groups as performance start each group with 10-15 mins and 20-30 Min's in each performance, all day festivals, exchange of gift with City Major, receiving diploma certificate of Participation etc. and get-together party.
10 days departure of the dance group from the Hotel after breakfast to countries of origin.
Any group who wish to arrive earlier and depart after events in few days should inform the organizers in writing for possible programs and Tourism
AFTER SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION GROUP HAVE TO MAKE HOTEL DEPOSIT OF 35% and after confirmations payment official invitation letter for visas and hotel confirmations with letter of support from organizing committee.
